Saint Michael School is growing and we need to hire for various positions throughout the year. As each school year unfolds, we may have additional employment opportunities so please check back for updates.
We are eager to welcome experienced professionals with a passion for education, a strong desire to collaborate as part of a team, and actively participate in the growth of our school.
Candidates with a background in Classical education are strongly urged to contact us. Your resume and letter of interest will be kept on file for future openings.
Saint Michael Catholic School administers a rigorous, integrated program of Catholic classical liberal arts.
The ideal candidate will be a life-long learner, capable of taking on new challenges and new subject matter, dedicated to professional development in the classical liberal arts and the pursuit of academic excellence.
We strongly prefer to hire candidates who have had a solid formation in the classical liberal arts, and who have matriculated from colleges dedicated to the classical liberal arts, but we do evaluate our candidates on a case-by-case basis. Teaching accreditation in the standard Deweyan public-school methodologies is neither necessary nor desirable as all new teachers will be guided by teaching professionals with decades of experience in the classical Catholic pedagogy and professional teacher mentoring. Salary and benefits are competitive.
Candidates must be willing to take an Oath of Fidelity to the Magisterium.
Interested persons should send a curriculum vitae and a cover letter detailing their interest in teaching in Saint Michael Catholic School's classical liberal arts curriculum to:
