Saint Michael School is growing and we need to hire for various positions in the months ahead. As we begin the 2022/2023 school year, we may have additional employment opportunities so please check back for updates.
We are eager to welcome experienced professionals with a passion for education, a strong desire to collaborate as part of a team, and actively participate in the growth of our school. Candidates with a background in Classical education are strongly urged to contact us. We are actively seeking teachers for the following positions:
Our current 5/6 classroom is at full capacity with a waitlist and in order to split the students, we are eager to find someone to join our school community and assume the role of 5th grade teacher for this upcoming school year.
We strongly prefer to hire candidates who have had a solid formation in the classical liberal arts, and who have matriculated from colleges dedicated to the classical liberal arts, but we do evaluate our candidates on a case-by-case basis. Teaching experience of 3-5 years is highly desired, but not absolutely necessary for able candidates who are pursuing a teaching vocation. The ideal candidate will be competent in teaching at the elementary/middle school level, experienced in managing a classroom of 10-15 students, and dedicated to professional development in the classical liberal arts and the pursuit of academic excellence. Salary is commensurate with experience; salary and benefits are competitive.
Candidates must be willing to take an Oath of Fidelity to the Magisterium.
Interested persons should send a curriculum vitae and a cover letter detailing their interest in teaching in Saint Michael Catholic School's classical liberal arts curriculum to:
